Conditions of Usage

Welcome to The igreenasia.com Website Online Payment Facility (“Site”). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these rules.

  • For any online purchase of RM100.00 and above per transaction, there will be free delivery within Malaysia.
  • For all online purchases under RM100.00 per transaction, a shipping rate based on weight of the product, will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of the total amount submitted at the Checkout. This is applicable to Malaysia online shoppers only.
  • For online shoppers within South East Asian countries, a flat shipping rate will be automatically added to the cost of the total amount submitted at the Checkout.
  • Please allow three business working days for delivery from your payment date (9:00.am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri, exclude Sat, Sun and Public Holiday).
  • Online shoppers will be notified of any delays in the delivery process.
  • We currently accept Visa, Master credit card, Maybank2u Online, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online, PBeBank, RHB Online, AmOnline, Alliance Online, MEPS Cash, Mobile Money, And WebCash payment facilities provided by IPAY88.

  • We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through Poslaju who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be responsive to your request without your merchandise return in hand.
  • A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Online shoppers must read & agree in order to proceed to checkout.

For returns:

iGreenAsia Sdn Bhd will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through iGreenAsia.com and that meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. iGreenAsia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse used or damaged merchandise.
  • Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (Inside iGreenAsia parcel or other shipping package if in suitable condition) with completed Merchandise Return Slip (Official return slip need to be obtained from iGreenAsia support team via support@igreenasia.com

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return unused merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through iGreenAsia.com. This will allow us to transact your replacement request more quickly and more securely. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, and crediting your account as necessary. We do not reimburse shipping charges for exchanges.

For wrong item(s) shipped:

If we made an error on your order, iGreenAsia Sdn Bhd will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement and a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your statement within the next 1 – 2 billing cycles.
